  • Triggers
    • Time Delay
      • Show the modal only after a defined number of seconds have past. A different number of seconds can be defined for desktop and mobile devices.
      • This usually indicates they are interested in the website if they have stayed on the page a certain amount of time.
    • Desktop Intent to Close Detection
      • Show the modal when a visitor on a desktop device moves their cursor off the top of the window.
      • This usually indicates their intent to close the current tab, move to other tabs, or update the URL in the address bar.
    • Scroll Distance
      • Show the modal when a visitor scrolls down a certain percentage of the page.
      • This usually indicates they are interested in the website if they have scrolled down the page a certain amount of distance.
    • Button
      • Show the modal when a visitor clicks a button.
  • Personalization
    • Only show the modal when a visitor matches a personalization audience. For example:
      • Show the modal when a visitor enters the site with a certain campaign code in the URL.
      • Show the modal when a visitor enters the site from a specific referrer
      • Show the modal if a visitor has visited certain pages
  • Scheduling
    • Schedule modals to start and stop showing at certain dates and time
  • Embed Forms
    • Easily embed a form in the modal by providing the form id for the form to show
  • Keep Hidden Once Closed
    • All modals are hidden after a visitor closes them and are not shown again on subsequent page loads so visitors do not get frustrated with the modal. They are hidden for a customizable amount of time, for example 30 minutes, 1 day, etc.
  • Tracking
    • All modals provide a way to track and report engagement with the modal by tracking how many visitors have clicked links within the modal
